Are your collars safe for my dog?
GeorgiGirl prioritizes the health of your pup at every step of our designs. We source industry-best supplies for all our products, down to the elastic and clasps, with each element perfectly sized for your dog. We only use sustainable fabrics and non-toxic dyes. Every stitch is hand-sewn, every hem is double-folded, and every button is a recycled seashell! From the initial sketch through production and packaging, GeorgiGirl handcrafts happy collars for happy dogs without compromising the health and wellness of your pup.
What size collar should I get for my dog?
We recommend measuring your dog’s neck with a soft tape measure and referring to our size chart. Be sure to leave enough room to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck for a comfy fit. All of our collars are fully adjustable to ensure the perfect fit for your dog as they grow or change over time.
Can I wash the collar?
Absolutely. Our GeorgiGirl products are machine washable - just place items in a lingerie bag, use a gentle cycle and air dry. Easy peasy!
How long will it take to get my order?
We typically ship orders within 2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most customers receive their order within 7–10 days.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If your collar doesn’t fit or you are not 100% happy, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.
* Returns received within 10 days of delivery will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
* Returns received within 11-30 days of original ship date will receive store credit.
* We cannot accept returns after 31 days.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
